Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response or as some people put it "brain orgasms" or "head tingles." Usually set off by "triggers" which can be a number of things.
Experts have yet to do more research on ASMR and there is not much known about it. It makes a person feel good, gives them tingles or "goosebumps" starting at the crown of their head and working it's way down.  Many people experience ASMR and did not until recently find out that it's perfectly normal. So browse around, kick back and relax. There's no room for worries or doubts here.

ASMR types are currently broken up into two categories; Type A (no external stimuli, thought patterns) and Type B (involuntary, external stimuli). It is often triggered by slow, specific, and deliberate actions or speech. Sometimes the presence of close, personal, or nurturing attention can trigger the sensation. Very often, distinct sounds of plastic, water, soft whispers, and so on can cause strong reactions. Common examples of these events include haircuts, visits to the doctor, the sounds of writing, close examination of an item, nail tapping, and hundreds of others.
